    Set of 2 steak/steak knives from the Cutipol Rib Steak Knife collection.

    Designed by Joaquim Ribeiro (Cutipol Goa), the Cutipol Rib steak knife is capable of completing any Cutipol cutlery collection, bringing a distinguished touch to the table. It has an ergonomic handle and a non-serrated blade in tempered steel, with a resistance and hardness of up to 60 HCR, making the knife stay sharp over time.

    Origin and product care:

    • Handmade in Portugal by Cutipol.
    • Handwash (NO DISHWASHER SAFE)
      When handwashing RIB Cutipol cutlery, avoid using abrasive scrubs or steel wire scourers. After use, be sure to wash off any food remains as soon as possible with hot water and a neutral detergent.

      Knife blades

      Take extra care of knife blades. Steel, which gives higher cutting power and hardness, may be less resistance to oxidation. Make sure knives are washed immediately after use and well dried before before putting them away in a dry place.

      Resin cables

      For darker handles to last longer and maintain a more colorful hue, we suggest applying a moisturizing lotion or a few drops of vegetable oil.


      Due to the percentage of carbon in all knive blades, it is advisable not to use aggressive, chlorine-based or anti limescale detergents, as they may stain or rust.

      Cuando lave a mano los cuchillos Cutipol RIB, evite usar estropajos abrasivos o estropajos de alambre de acero. Después de su uso, asegúrese de lavar los restos de comida lo antes posible con agua caliente y un detergente neutro.

      Hoja del cuchillo
      Tenga mucho cuidado con las hojas de los cuchillos. El acero, que otorga mayor poder de corte y dureza, puede presentar menor resistencia a la oxidación. Asegúrese de lavar los cuchillos inmediatamente después de usarlos y secarlos bien antes de guardarlos en un lugar seco.

      Mango de resina
      Para que los mangos oscuros duren más y mantengan un buen color, sugerimos aplicar una loción humectante o unas gotas de aceite vegetal. 

      Debido al porcentaje de carbón en todas las hojas de los cuchillos, se aconseja no utilizar detergentes agresivos, clorados o antical, ya que pueden manchar u oxidar.
