What are the shipping conditions and delivery times?

  • € 9 Peninsula and Balearic Islands with shipments in 5-7 days.
  • € 12 International EU including Switzerland with shipments in 10-12 days. Countries including: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal , United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden. 10-12 days of transit.
  • € 20 Rest of the world. 15-20 days of transit.

Can I return my purchase?

Will my order get broken?

If your purchase does not convince you or you prefer to exchange it for another item, there is no problem, here is a guide on how to do it:

Changes and returns in Spain are possible in the next 14 days of purchase, you have to follow the following steps:

  • 1.Repack the piece in its original packaging and close the package in the same way that it arrived.
  • 2.Print the return label and activate the return online or by calling the phone number you have in the order confirmation email.
  • 3.Coordinate a day and time of order pickup within the return period.
  • 4.We will receive your exchange or return request and proceed with it. This process can reach us a few days since we have to verify that the order is in perfect condition and in the case of change we will check the stock of the requested item. For returns, the payment will take place in the next 7-10 days. The cost for changes and returns that are not manufacturing default are not the responsibility of Bone & White.

* The packaging must be the original and must be sent in the same conditions you received it, if we detect that it has been used or that all the pieces of the same collection / order have been unpacked, the payment of the purchase would not be possible nor your return.

Breaks or manufacturing defects

We take care and review each piece individually during the packaging process and also, we have the best transport company to send you your purchase. However, if you find any part of your order broken or with a manufacturing defect, please take a picture of the piece and contact us within 48 hours of receiving it to let us know. You can do it by phone, email or chat on our website. With the photo and the product detail, we will tell you how to proceed. In the case of not meeting the established times, BONE & WHITE reserves the right of non-payment of the piece.
